Leadership

Daniel is an Alabama native, but has served in churches in North Carolina and South Carolina before coming back home.

He is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina with a Masters of Divinity, and received his Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching from Anderson University in 2020.

Daniel joined our staff on January 10, 2016. He is also a trustee of Gateway Seminary and a bible teacher at Eastwood Christian School.

Daniel is married to Kristy and they have three children.

Stephen is a Georgia native who graduated from Truett-McConnell University with a church music degree and went on to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Stephen began his time in ministry as a Worship and Music Pastor in Georgia and North Carolina. After some time he and his wife Jennifer felt the call to international missions. They became IMB Missionaries and spent seven full years in the Czech Republic as church planters.

Feeling the call to return to Worship Ministry, their family returned home and have been serving at Taylor Road since May 2022. 

Stephen and his wife, Jennifer have three children. 

Joseph is a Montgomery native who graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary.

He began his ministry career in 2019 and joined the Taylor Road staff on July 16, 2023.

Joseph married Carly in 2020, and they have one daughter, Finley. Joseph enjoys drinking coffee, reading theology books, and spending time with family.

Stephanie was born and raised in Panama City, Fl. She graduated from The Baptist College of Florida with a dual degree in Christian Education and Elementary Education. She also attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

She has served as Minister of Preschool and Children’s Ministry Director at churches in Florida and Alabama.
She joined the Taylor Road Staff in October of 2019.

She is married to Josh and they have 3 children.

Michael was born and reared in Selma Alabama   He is a graduate of Troy University and has been a member of Taylor Road Baptist  for many years.  He is an ordained deacon and has served on several committees including that of being  the church’s interim worship leader.  

 

Michael serves on the Board of Directors for ALCAP and the STEP Foundation. He has also served as minister of music at First Baptist Union Springs.

 

Michael began his ministry here in January 2023 as the church’s administrator.  He and his wife Lisa enjoy traveling and volunteering for a non-profit organization.

Eddy is not new to the Taylor Road Family. He has served as interim Music Minister on occasion and has previously been a member here. He and his wife, Pam joined Taylor Road again in 2021, and have been active in the Praise Band and leading Worship on Sunday mornings. His wife Pam also serves in the Praise Band and the Worship Choir. Eddy and Pam have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Holly is the director of Taylor Road's Mother's Day Out ministry as well as weekday Preschool. She started at Taylor Road in 2008 and completed her Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership and Curriculum Design.
 
Holly married Ted in 2001, and they have three children Noah, Jonah, and Honour. Holly also enjoys reading, painting, working with her 8th-10th grade small group at TRBC, and spending time with friends and family.

Matthew is a Montgomery native who graduated from Saint James High School and attended Taylor Road youth ministry starting in 1996. He became a member of Taylor Road Baptist Church in 2003 when he surrendered his life to Christ.

Matthew spent thirteen years working for Frazer UMC in television and media and joined the Taylor Road staff in January 2021.
He is married to Jessica and they have three children; Blakely, Bryar, and Braylen.

Saralyn is from Montgomery, AL and is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery.
 
Saralyn has been at Taylor Road since May 1989, joining the staff in January 2003 as a full time employee.
 
Saralyn is married to Scott, a State Missionary with Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions.  Together they have two children, Faith and Grace.

Paula is married to Frank Pruden and they have five children. Paula and Frank joined Taylor Road Baptist Church church in 2020.
